Remote patient monitoring app builder

Build a remote patient monitoring app without a dev team

Patients log blood pressure, glucose, weight or symptoms from home; clinicians see trends, get alerts when a reading crosses a threshold and follow up. Describe your program and Panaceum builds both sides, with HIPAA safeguards and synthetic readings in every preview.

Early access. Panaceum is invite-only while we open up. You can build and preview HIPAA apps with synthetic data now; publishing with real patient data on HIPAA hosting under the BAA opens when plans launch, with no rebuild. Join the waitlist to request access.

Built from one description

  • Patient logging

Simple mobile-friendly screens for readings and symptom check-ins.

  • Threshold alerts

Rules like "diastolic 110 or higher" or "INR 4 or higher" flag patients for the right clinician.

  • Trends and panels

Clinicians see each patient's trends and a panel view of who is at goal and who needs a call.

  • Care team messaging

Patients and coaches message inside the app, logged and encrypted.

  • Time tracking you define

Record review time and interactions per patient, in the fields your program needs.

  • Synthetic readings

Previews come with realistic synthetic patients and readings, so you can test alert rules before launch.

HIPAA safeguards included

RPM data is PHI from the first reading. Panaceum RPM apps are HIPAA apps: every reading and message goes through the platform's data API, which enforces access by role and writes the audit log, and the app publishes on HIPAA-compliant hosting under a BAA. Device integrations depend on the device vendor; readings can always be entered by patients or staff.

  • Access rules per role

Every page, record and field is scoped to the roles in your plan: patients see their own records, staff see their panel. Changes show up as a security diff before release.

  • Audit logging from day one

Every read and write of health data is logged with who, what and when. Audit logs are stored where they can't be edited or deleted.

  • Encryption everywhere

TLS in transit and encryption at rest for databases, files and backups, with optional field-level encryption for identifiers such as SSNs and member IDs.
